“Fiso” refers to the digital product and platform, owned and operated by First Solution Management Services, accessible through the official website https://fiso.fsmss.com/web and its associated mobile application, offering facilitation services for the procurement of financial products and services. Fiso serves as an intermediary platform that connects users to various financial products and services offered by third-party providers, herein referred to as “Partner Organizations”.Your use and access of Fiso is subject to these terms and conditions read together with the privacy policy forming a contract between you and Fiso. You hereby recognize First Solution Management Services governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are using Fiso’s website, mobile application, social media platforms and/or availing Fiso’s services which constitute the procurement of Fiso’s financial and advisory products and services i.e., Personal Loans, Auto Loans and Credit Cards, you are fully agreeing to these terms and conditions otherwise you must stop using this website/ Application on an immediate basis.
You hereby recognize and consent to the fact that Fiso only facilitates the procurement of its products and services and the products and services are issued by our client organizations which may be third party banking or non-banking institutes.
Fiso operates as an intermediary platform, connecting users with a variety of financial products and services offered by our Partner Organizations. While we facilitate the introduction and connection between users and these third-party providers, it’s crucial to understand that Fiso does not directly offer or endorse these products or services. All financial decisions, agreements, and transactions are made directly between the user and the respective Partner Organization. Users are strongly advised to read and understand all terms, conditions, and obligations associated with any product or service they express interest in.
Fiso does not guarantee that you will successfully obtain the Products and Services displayed on this website or our mobile application. This is due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to third-party decisions, eligibility criteria set by Partner Organizations, and the accuracy of the information you provide.
Any purchase you make for any financial product or service, is subject to the terms and conditions of the bank providing said product or service and those of Fiso.
The bank may change their terms of service during the course of an initiated purchase, you hereby agree that Fiso is not liable for any such change however it may affect the procurement of a product or service.
While Fiso strives to provide up-to-date information, please be aware that banks or Partner Organizations might change their terms of service during the course of an initiated purchase. We commit to informing our users of any such changes that come to our attention in real-time or as soon as feasibly possible. However, it remains crucial for users to regularly review terms with the respective bank or Partner Organization. By using Fiso, you understand and agree that Fiso is not liable for any changes made by these third-party entities and the potential effects these might have on the procurement of a product or service.
Fiso is a product of First Solution Management Services. Upon submission of application you will receive a call from First Solution Management Services.
At Fiso, it is our top priority to keep your personal information secure. Being product & service brokers but not issuers, if you are obtaining a service from Fiso that includes one or more services brokered by our parent organization -First Solution Management Services (FSMSS)- and provided by our partner companies, Fiso may disclose your respective submissions and application information to our said parties, and they may contact you directly regarding said services.
To facilitate the procurement of the products and services you request, Fiso may share specific types of your personal information with our partner companies. This may include Name, contact information, product/service preferences, Transaction history etc. We ensure that our partner companies adhere to the highest standards of data protection, and your information is shared solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.
You hereby agree to Fiso’s disclosure of your Application and enrollment information to these financial and non-financial service providers and agree that they may contact you directly regarding their services. To learn further information on processing of personal data, please see Fiso’s Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated herein, any terms and conditions for these products expended by our partners will apply as well as Fiso’s terms and conditions. Fiso disclaims any and all warranties, refuses any and all liability, and shall not provide full or partial refunds for any service provided by a third party. If you do not agree to these conditions, you may not provide any submissions on any Fiso platform.
You agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any of the other terms, conditions, warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers incorporated into this Agreement, inure to our benefit and the benefit of our Partner Organizations and such Partner Organizations are deemed to be beneficiaries of this Agreement.
Fiso.fsmss.com website and Fiso mobile application may contain links to third party websites that are managed and operated by others. Any links to such a website is not an endorsement to that website and Fiso does not guarantee the authenticity or reliability of the content displayed on these third-party websites. You hereby agree to not hold Fiso liable for any advice obtained and any product or service purchased from a third-party website link. We strongly recommend users to review the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party websites or resources before using or providing any information on them.
You hereby agree to all terms and conditions stated and recognize them as a binding agreement between you and Fiso. “You” refers to any party using Fiso’s website, mobile application or availing its services. If you are not consenting to this agreement without modification, you forego your right to use our services.
Use of Services
By using Fiso’s services you are agreeing to the following clauses- 1. You are 18 years or older in age*
- 2. You are legally permitted and possess the authority to enter this agreement
- 3. You agree to the use of Fiso’s services according to this agreement and are liable to provide accurate information on your behalf or on the behalf of the individual or entity you are representing.
- 4. If you are obtaining Fiso’s services on behalf of your organization, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions on their behalf.
- 5. Fiso retains the right to deny you and yours any of its products and services for any reason and at all times.
Prohibitions
Users need to be at least 18 years old to use Fiso’s services. However, for users accessing our services from the United Arab Emirates or jurisdictions with a higher age of financial independence or contractual capacity, they must meet the age requirement of their respective jurisdiction. For instance, users in the United Arab Emirates must be 21 years or older.The information and content displayed on this website includes but is not limited to Financial Products, Financial Services, Promotions, and information. The aforementioned elements are proprietary to Fiso and its client institutes. You hereby agree to not duplicate, modify, alter, publish, sell, or resell any of Fiso’s and its clients’ information and content. Furthemore, you may not duplicate, reproduce, or alter any content provided by Fiso without our explicit consent. Additionally, users are strictly prohibited from using Fiso’s platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, phishing, disseminating malware, and any other activity that violates local, national, or international laws. Misuse of our platform in any such manner may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account, and Fiso reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities engaged in these activities.
Terms & Conditions
This Agreement is to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. You hereby agree that the resolution of any conflict or dispute that arises between the parties of this agreement, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Terms and Conditions for Fiso’s Online Referral Rewards Program:
By participating in Fiso’s referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for Fiso’s referral rewards program, you must be a registered user of Fiso and be of legal age in your jurisdiction. The referral program is open only to residents of the United Arab Emirates.
Data Usage: Both the referrer and the referred party hereby acknowledge and agree to submitting their personal information which is mandatory to partaking in the Fiso Referral program.
Rewards: Upon every successful referral of one of Fiso’s products (personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards), the referrer will receive a voucher depending on the financial product referred to: In case of CREDIT CARD REFERRALS the referrer is entitled to a voucher worth 500 AED to shop from an outlet of their choosing at any YouGotAGift partner.
In case of AUTO LOAN REFERRALS the referrer is entitled to a voucher equivalent to 0.3% of the principal value of the accepted loan amount. The voucher can be used to shop from an outlet of their choosing at any YouGotAGift partner. The minimum principal value for an applied Auto Loan must be greater than or equal to AED 50,000
In case of PERSONAL FINANCE LOAN REFERRALS the referrer is entitled to a voucher equivalent to 0.5% of the principal value of the accepted loan amount. The voucher can be used to shop from an outlet of their choosing at any YouGotAGift partner. The minimum principal value for an applied Personal loan must be greater than or equal to AED 50,000.
Any rewards, vouchers, or other incentives received through Fiso’s referral program or other promotional activities may have tax implications. Users are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes due on rewards or incentives to the relevant tax authorities. Fiso is not responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the receipt or use of rewards.
Follow-Up: Both the referrer and referred agree to being contacted by Fiso and/or First Solution Management Services upon submitting an application with Fiso. The mode of communication can be SMS, Call or Email.
When Referrer and referred are the same: In case when the referrer applies for a Fiso service for their own use, i.e., when the referrer and the referred are the same, they will only be able to redeem the reward once per service.
“Processing Time: The processing time for a successful referral may vary between 45 and 50 days, depending on the turnaround time of the financial institution you applied for a credit card or loan from, as they are our channel partners. The promised voucher(s), equivalent to the respective service type’s amount, will be provided only if your application is approved." Processing Stages: There are 4 stages of the credit card referral process. You hereby acknowledge that the reward voucher will only be issued at the last stage of the referral process, which is “Approved”. The steps are as follows:
1-Link Generated: You have taken the first step to referring. The referral link has been generated, in order for your application to proceed to the next stage, the person you referred has to submit the form which is accessed through the link.
2-Submitted: Congratulations, your referred person has submitted their application. This is the second step of the referral process and now all that’s left is approval of the service by our partnered financial institute.
3-Partially Approved: Congratulations! Your referral is approved and the referred person has received the service they requested. All that’s left now is for the voucher to be processed and issued to your wallet. Please note that incase of any suspicious activity on the referred person’s part, the voucher can be canceled without Fiso being held liable.
4-Approved: Treat yourself! You just earned comfortably. You can access your voucher in your wallet or through your profile page. Head over to YouGotaGift.com and redeem it on any of 500+ outlets.
There are 3 steps for personal and auto loan referrals. You hereby acknowledge that the reward voucher will only be issued at the end stage , which is “Approved”. The stages are defined below

Rejection of Application: We’re only channel partners of respective banks, however the final verdict of approval or rejection of application rests with the providing party. If, for any reason, the application has been rejected by the Fiso partner institute, the promise to reward the voucher will not hold true, and Fiso will not be held liable.
Suspicious activity
In the event that the credit card issuing authority identifies any suspicious activity or transaction associated with a credit card, it reserves the right to cancel your credit card at its discretion. In such an event, the referral voucher may not be awarded to either one or both the referrer and the referred. You hereby agree to not represent any fraudulent group and agree to sending applications for valid individuals who have shown the intent to procure a service through Fiso.Sharing Referral Links: Referral links may only be shared with individuals who you know personally and who have given their consent to receive such a referral. You are not allowed to share referral links on public forums, websites or social media sites without prior written consent from Fiso.
Prohibited Activities: Any activity that is considered fraudulent or abusive by Fiso, including but not limited to multiple referrals from the same IP address, the use of fake or automated identities, and/or false or misleading representations, will result in the disqualification of the referral, the revocation of any rewards earned and dissolution of Fiso login credentials.
Consequences of Breach: If a user is found to be in breach of any of Fiso’s terms and conditions, Fiso reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include temporary suspension of the user’s account, permanent termination of account access, or legal action. The specific action taken will be at Fiso’s sole discretion and will be based on the severity and nature of the breach.
Severability: If any provision or part of a provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force. If any invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable, or legal if some part of it were deleted, that provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to make it valid, enforceable, and legal.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, in conjunction with Fiso’s privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Fiso, and supersede all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
Amendments: Fiso reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time and without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Fiso will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the referral program will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
By participating in Fiso’s referral rewards program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
Glossary of Terms
i. Products and Services: Financial products, offerings, or related services that users may express interest in or procure through Fiso’s platform. This can include, but is not limited to, credit cards, loans, insurance policies, and investment products.ii. Partner Organizations: Third-party financial institutions, lenders, insurance companies, investment firms, or any other entity that offers Products and Services featured on Fiso.
iii. Users: Individuals or entities who access and use Fiso’s platform, either by browsing, registering an account, or making inquiries about any of the Products and Services.
iv. Referral Program: A promotional initiative by Fiso wherein registered users can refer potential new users to the platform, in exchange for rewards, benefits, or incentives, as detailed in the terms.
v. Suspicious Activity: Any irregular, unusual, or potentially fraudulent activity identified in a user’s actions on Fiso, which may lead to repercussions such as the termination of the user’s account or cancellation of benefits.
vi. Successful Referral: A referral that meets all the criteria and conditions set by Fiso’s Referral Program, leading to the awarding of rewards or incentives to the referring user.
vii. Third-party Websites: External websites or platforms that are not owned or controlled by Fiso but may be linked or referenced on Fiso’s platform for informational or functional purposes.
